Biography
Xiaoyu Kuang, professor and doctoral supervisor, is currently working at the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Physics, Sichuan University. He received his B.S. degree in theoretical physics from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, in 1983; Ph.D. degree in Laboratoire de Chimie Bioorganique et Bioinorganique , Université de Paris-Sud(XI) (Superadvisor: I.Morgenstern-Badarau), Université Paris-Sud, France, in 1994. He is also owner of the Ten Best Teachers' Moral Prize of Sichuan University and academic and technical leaders in Sichuan Province. In recent years, he has participated in many NSFC projects and many research papers (about 200 articles) have been published in scholarly journals (PRA、PRB、JMCC、ACS AMI et. al. ). Total citation ~1400 times (Without self citations ~1100 times; h-index: 18). Current research interests are electromagnetic structure theory of transition metal ions in solid, physical and microscopic mechanism of ferroelectric ferromagnetic materials and cluster structure as well as its physical property.
